Man I used to love this as a kid. I remember they had 2 showings of Popeye in the mornings. I used to watch both which meant I was late for school nearly every time. DAMN POPEYE IF HE WASN'T SO GOOD I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN TO SCHOOL ON TIME!! hehee.
