I need to choose a alternative server OS, now Redhat are discontinuing redhat, which I used before. Non Desktop. Minimal install. No X stuff.

What would you recommend? Needs to be relatively easy to install, so somebody delegated to do an install who was unfamiliar with it could pick it up. Updates (security, buxfix) should be easy to do (like redhat network stuff).
