I'm planning to go to France for 6 weeks or so in the summer, preferably to Nice. At least one other person will be with me, and we want to rent an apartment or something. Now, i've searched high and low and can't get any advice on the net about getting a job over there, or getting afordable accomodation. Before I go pester my teachers, can anyone here give me some advice? I'll be 17, so I need everything sorted out in the not too distant future, and there will be a serious shortage of money! Anything you can tell me is appreciated. Thanks!

I'm working in Nice at the moment, and to be honest I'm not that fond of the place,
although I guess it will liven up during the summer.
I'm afraid I can't help you on accom/job but I'll keep an ear to the ground for you.
    Ray.

Okay, thanks! What about just getting a job for a few hours a day in a cafe or something? Would that be difficult, do you think?
