    Hey Guys,

I want to purchase a quad LNB and install it. I have a sub sky (sports, movies etc) but also have a spare digibox with a free2view card, and I want to put that in a seperate room from my sub digibox. In other words, I will have two digiboxes running in seperate rooms.
I want to purchase a Quad LNB from www.satellite.ie, but I want to know, is it difficult to install the quad LNB yourself??.

Cheers, looking forward to hearing your thoughts.

Is Sky + an option, it seems pretty expensive!

    freeasabird,

Straight forward, once you have a set of ladder's. I installed one a few months ago. A few tip's before starting,

    1. Remove the plastic pin from dish arm, which slots the existing LNB.

    2. Then slowly remove the existing LNB, to avoid moving the dish

    3. Add the new LNB (Alignment on the new LNB should be at 2)

    4. Once cable is installed to new LNB insert plastic pin

Make sure your digibox's are switched off before starting.

Then switch on your digibox's, and away you go.

    Happy watching!

    Any problems revert

At the bottom of the LBN it should have a marker from 1 to 5. Align at 2
