So ppl, what to do what to do.

Some of you arent that happy with the current module played last wednesday, so since its near the start and others may be joinning us, we could look at another.

I'd suggest Shadowlords, its a very good series which we played through last year.

So stick your vote down if you want to keep the current or change (if u know a better campaign series suggest it )

ohh ohh ohh I've found an nice series of modules which we might do in its place, which I believe the others havent played.

There's some additional content to be downloaded, for both shadowlords and this other one, links to which I'll post later.

Ok, game on again tonight.

be on either the portal server or in #nwn.ie for 8:45pm at which time the game will start.

You'll all be starting at level one, using serverside characters only, which will be used for the series of modules. I may or may not be around for this one, so you'll be in the hands of regi and mantel who will be able to activate the portal for you to the server. I'll let u find it yourselves.


note. the characters on the portal and game servers are different than the ones on the campaign server, so u'll have to create one first time u join.

How do I get to the "portal server"????

I found this site by playing on a sever that had IOL in its name "return to the windy shore" Is that the same place that this game will be played?

The windy shore server is the portal server, if you've been on it you'll have noticed it doesnt have much. We just use it as a staging post. Typically there's a modules running on a second server which is linked to by the portal near where u start.

on wed's and now fridays we down that and use a different server which is accessed through a locked portal.

More organisation is needed true. When we first got in everyone was runnign around, i had to form a party then and try and keep people in line. Im no leader, always let Lolth do that before

DSL is due end of next week (yaaaaaay!) me misses nwn game nights

What is the current scenario? Is it part of a series?

Organisation is needed, otherwise you miss bits of the scenario and maybe miss the clues you need to work out what's happening. You should definitely have a party leader that pulls all the bits together.

Yea its one of a series of 5 modules.

Just so ppl know, it'll be next wednesday for the next game in that series.
Friday has a totally different campaign

We/I may look at say running another on mondays but using modules with SoU and/or HotU.

both the game and vault are now nicely backed up, hopefully next time we'll not have as many problems with the gamespy master servers.

Aye it would be nice to have a night for the modules that need the expansion packs just to have a tast of what they're like It's nice to have a different one on each night aswell (mostly cause wednesdays aren't good for me.
