    I've been the manager of Rusden and Diamonds for 3 seasons i started in the 3rd divsion and got them up to the 1st. (Though my aim to to get them into the Premiership) When i was picking my team for a pre season friendly i noticed that one of my favourite strickers Duane Darby had gone missing! I used quick search but it showed nothing on the player. I went into the clubs records found him still in them but when i went to double click it it would let me. Where the hell has he gone?! I don't think he has died bescause i got no news of that. But my club was in debt. But even at that they would have said that he was transfered to another club there was no mention in my news about him.

    Dose any1 know what the hell happened?!

    He has probably retired! What age was he the last time you had a look at him?
    Usually you get a message during the season that x,y,z players are deciding to retire at the end of the season. Mebbe check your news, message might still be there.
    Try doing a non-player (ie coach) search for him

    Naw i def don't think he has retired i got no mention of it. Can't find him in staff search either. I fined 2 ****e players 2 weeks wages cus i have hardly any money and now half the team don't like me. But i don't mid as long as they do the stuff on the field! Will they forget about it in the new season?

    Did a check with soccerbase and Duane Darby date of birth is 17-10-1973. I dont know what version of CM your playing but i reckon he has retired from professional football.If the player has retired and decided against coaching then you will not be able to double click on his name in the Clubs History.

    If you have a successful season and exceed chairman and fans expectations then you should be ok, most of your players will calm down and be happy again. But you'll get a handful of cheeky sods that just won't lost that 'unhappy' status, up to you if you want to keep them and play them or sell them, depending on their performances.

    Shouldn't be too bad then because i began at the 3rd division and i'm now in the 1st. All the fans back me fully and the board are allways delighted with my proformance as manager. But in saying that i prob have a team of pricks who'll still dis-like me and want to leave the club. No worries though i'll dig for sum golden players in the summer.
