    my fav is
    2+1 free nan breads
    half a cup of rice
    2 chicken tits
    1/4 a cup od raisin
    sharwoods indonesian satay/balti or tikka masala (satay is by far the best)

    cook the lot stir it all together and eat (feeds 2)
