    is there anyone with broadband or who has visited the states that knows what this show is like. i saw a preview for it on FX and it looks ok. the reason i ask is because it clashes with something else that needs recording and it looks like something i would like

    OH had nearly forgot about FX launching today. In 5 minutes even! :) Hope it is a good channel but I won't hold my breath. That show sounds like it might be worth a look. Never heard of it before.

    Just to update on my previous post, here's what FX website says about Free For All

    There are many heartfelt dramas about the dysfunctional family unit. Free For All is most definitely not one of them. Rather, it’s a foul mouthed, very funny animated series that revolves around Johnny and his hideous relatives - his nymphomanic harridan of a grandmother and his bourbon sodden loser dad. Add lustful feelings for the girl next door and a millionaire best friend who owns a ferret intent on abusing his system with as many hard drugs as possible and you have a frenetic cartoon that pulls no punches.

    that was interesting. when i saw Showtime at the beginning i half knew what to expect. lots of innuendo and moments when i was in disbelief. i think i'll watch again :D
