Yeah I normally go off the gargle for a month in Jan., but since so much didn't happen before christmas as planned, I've postponed 'till Feb.

Planned to give up the ciggys as well, but (self deluded excuse) I've put that off until Feb too, even though I think there is logic to this - all the fookin' cig patch ads on TV were driving me mad.

Was going off the gargle for Jan but have two weddings during the month so I will wait until after them. A whole day with lots of people you don't know...... will need the almighty powers of alcohol.

Christmas was actually a very relaxing affair for me.. which is very unusal.. Didnt
over indulge on drink or food, got lotsa vegging out time and lots of sleep..

Actually came back to work very well rested and no major side effects from alcohol
which is a major thing for me as Xmas is usually complete mayhem and lunacy all
piled up into one messy heap..

Kinda strange actually cause im now in my second week back at work and im
not wishing the days away till my next few days off...

    I like it.. :D
