Here is something that boggles the mind even more so. Its impossible to find any sort of software [for free] that will convert part of a mp3 or wav to midi. I find that quite annoying.... very.

Right now i canged it back to a Sony Ericsson ringtone. Cant remember which one, one of the 'pre defined' ones. Planning to stick some good one on soon. God bless my irda adaptor

have been using Rammstein - Mutter as my ring tone for about a year now
very distinct so i'm not like everyone in a room when a phone goes off looking around thinking "is that mine?" lol have'nt heard anyone else use the same tune to date

Good 'ol "AxelF" by Harold Faltermyer(hence my username) from Beverly Hills Cop, for the past 4years, cept now its polyphonic since I got my SE T610!

But a bit quiet for the first 5seconds or so.

Anyone recommend where I can get "louder" ringtones for the SE T610??
Or is this simply the way the phone is, i.e. quiet ringtones? A friend has a 3510i and the ringtones on that are much more "Powerful"/noticeable than mine.

I'm using Outkast - Ms Jackson on my T610

For alarms I'm using a weird echoey midi sound called do-mi-so I found on the net.

If I could find any Royksopp or Air midi files on the net I'd use them, big fan.

Changed- I now have a nice n loud, Kill Bill theme as my ringtone, also got a cool Mortal Kombat tune, and also an MI2(d Limp Bizkit tune) one which is a ".imy" file I think - it causes all the keypad &screen lights, &the vibrate to flash in keeping with the beat of the ringtone.

www.myt610.net rocks! (well, once you have an Infra-Red port! / or a Bluetooth Dongle.)

On my 6600, I have the darkness as ringtone, as the Intel Pentium tune as my SMS alert!
