    Hi

I'll try to keep this to the point:

Went on 1st date with girl at weekend to dinner - went great (we both in early 20s)
Went on 2nd date to cinema last nite but she'd been working all day and was very tired so just dropped her home at bout 11.30pm (the date did go well) - she had college at 9am next day
When I left her at the door we kissed then the conversation went something like:

Me "so u wanna go out at weekend"
Her "I'm going home at the weekend" (she's from the country - we in Dublin)
Me "so when u wanna go out again"
    Her "I don't know"
Me "ok well text me when u wanna meet up again"

Then I kissed her good night again and left

So to be honest I was very disappointed leaving - I don't have a clue whether she wants to go out again - don't know whether:

a - she doesn't know whether she wants to see me again or just doesn't
b - she actually doesn't know what nights she's free soon (she's in college but works at night quite a bit)
c- is being coy and playin hard to get

    Any thoughts?

yea, no real clear signals there, especially if according to you the second date went well. If she is from the country and she works all the time she will be unavailable and genuinely and believably she does not know when she will be free, pretty likely. Asking her if she wants to go out again instead of when will give you a clearer picture. I mean was she standoffish or give you any other reason to make you think she was not keen?from the message sounds as that the only hassle is free time. Best to ask if she wants to see you again sometime

    it's very clear

if I want to see someone again, I say yes

'I don’t know' is a polite way of saying no
    Sorry, forget about her

Your thinking about it too much and you are in danger of appearing too keen. Chill out... She has your number and if she wants to meet again she'll text. I always found... the best way to chill in this sitatuion... is to go out with other women. Not saying you should 2 time anyone but until you start a relationship don't concentrate on 1 woman. In my experience you'll come across too keen which is a turn off. Better to play a little hard to get.

Or, y'know, you could just ask her the next time you see her. I know it sounds crazy, but I always found that a good way to get answers was to ask questions.

    indeedie sarky
I find game playing to be most annoying and not worth the bother

It'd do no harm to just text her something along the lines of "fancy doing something some night this week?". To me it just sounds like she's unsure of herself or you, don't go make a ****e of something that could be good because you're thinking too much about something trivial...

been there, done that, don't bother. if she wants to meet up she'll get back to you. otherwise its a lost cause... don't start texting her it'll only screw up your head.

god knows why you went to the cinema on a 2nd date anyway. boring. especially after dinner on the 1st.

the cinema is for people in long term relationships. Starting out it has to be the pub or dinner. Who suggested the cinema? If it was you maybe she feels bored already? If it was her then maybe she finds it hard to talk to you?

Jack Osbourne is the greatest muppet in existance. He gives Kermet a run for his money. As for the women he sees? Shallow is too deep a word for them!

I wouldn't be so dismissive so quickly. When put on the spot with a direct question like "so when u wanna go out again" a lot of people will be indecisive or noncommittal. Not everyone in the World is as forward as you Beruthiel ;):p

In fairness leave it a few days. If she's not texted by then, then it probably was a no. You could still call even then, in which she'll start dropping heavier hints or just not pick up if she's not interested.

It's all in the body language and tone of voice.
First-How was the kiss? Was she responsive or dismissive?
2nd-When she answered "I don't know" did she tilt her head to the side, look up at you with a little grin and answer in a playful voice? If so, that means "Yes".
Plus, she said she was tired and had a class the next day.
I agree, I hate games myself. If you don't hear from her, but really liked her give her the weekend then just make a quick call. If there is no better response after that, then let it go.

Just wait and see what happens. But her unsureness must make you open to the will of other women now.

You are in a great position you see... You could be in luck with this girl which is all the excuse that other women need to be interested in you. I find that when I am in a situation of maybe being with someone I get a few other beauties wanting to get to know me.

So my advice is: think that you could be in there but if any other woman asks you out - go for it!
