Never seen this error before- and /seems/ to happen randomly, although I'm sure there is some pattern, just not one that i see...

When closing down open windows [only of drives/folders ...] Sometimes i get an error after I close window :

Titlebar : Proxy Desktop: Explorer.EXE - Application Error
Msg: The instruction at ... referenced by memory at ... The memory could not be "read".

Click on OK to terminate the program

    giving only an ok option.
It doesn't effect me in any way, other than been a tad annoying, just wondering if anyone else ever seen error like this before
It only happens when folder/drive windows [e.g. not IE], also tends to happen when closing windows of open share folders...

    Info :
    WinXP Pro, SP1
    All drivers/software up-to-date & patched.
