Regular excercise like running or lots and lots of chocolate.

I was in training and quit for a while, will be back at it now in a week, so hopefully that will help

I think it could be hormones. During a girls puberty and for some years to follow he hormone levels will soar then decrease....so on and so on. I would check with your gyno. He/She should be able to give you something to slow it down a bit if thats what you want!;)

Hate to tell you, as one female to another, the older you get the randier you get. We work backwards to men, men are at their sexual peak from 18 to 20. Women hit theiir peak during their late 20's to early 30's. The only cure is hard physcial work, be it in the gym or hard physicla work. Or possibly the pill, that killed my libido, but now that I'm off it, its business as usual.
