Hate to make you Dublin guys sick, but my partner and I share a 3 bedroomed duplex in Cork (county) together for a mere 650 a month between us, including waste disposal. Thats 325 each for 1.5 bedrooms! :D

    I'm paying €125 per month. :p

Thing is I'm living in Germany. I will be returning home in about 3 weeks though so it wont last very long. Still the place I'm in now is really sweet and costs next to nothing! Shame I'm getting paid next to nothing (well, compared to an Irish wage anyways)

550 per month in Lucan, but that does include utilities (including broadband) and one meal per day...sharing a house with one other

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 134 ✭✭boo4842

I'm paying 825 for a 1 bedroom apt in the liberties.

Dublin is such a rip off. I used to live in Canada and used to pay half the price for a much bigger place in a MUCH nicer area. Guess you can't put a price for having people passed out on the street though :p

(Also my first post :D )

I'm paying E180 per month for a room in a 6 bedroomed house, even though there's only 3 of us in it at the moment. But It's a pretty old house, and it is in Thurles, although I know a few people who commute to Dublin or Cork from there.

Up until recently I was paying €1016 per month for a one bedroom apartment in the city centre (near Merrion sq.). Nice area and nice apartment. Very small and outrageously priced but you get that everywhere here :)
