Anyone else go to see Bic on Saturday?

I went to see her in Whelans in December and I thought it was a great gig but Saturdays show was a little disappointing. :(
The sound was terrible in the Village, I could barely hear the vocals, the drums seemed to overpower everything else.

Yeah I agree, what a dog of a gig! Truly dire. Was at the whelans gig and I really thought it was great. This however was indeed poor, bad mixing and rubbish sound, just highlighted a rushed gig. What a shame. :( The support were an interesting bunch!

Sorry to be slightly OT, but who is this girl? From the posters all over Dublin she is seriously hot!

Had to miss gig (had to go to a wedding instead).

Support band were Marshmallow (Bic plays drums on a few tracks on their album). They're doing their own gig at Whelans on May 10th. Alan from the Mutton Birds is in the band. If you like Teenage Fanclub, The Go-Betweens, they should be up your street... Not sure if that's an accurate description of how they come across live?
