Laois had a great year last year, but its very important that they keep their feet on the ground.

In particular they should have another look at the video of the Laois - Dublin game. Laois on the day were superb, dominated midfield and kicked some wonderful scores. Dublin played pretty much as badly as they could. Yet at the end of the day there was only a couple of points between them.

Basically what I'm saying is they'll need to keep improving to retain Leinster this year. Stand still and they'll be beaten.

I feel Laois have the players, that is shown by the all star positions, the manager-pretty damn obvious and the motivation. What we lack is size. That obsticle can be over come.
