UTF-8 and Boards

On this thread on Irish Skeptics board I had to use the cumbersome  notation to get the Greek to display correctly. Is it possible that in 2004, Boards.ie will consider upgrading to a UTF-8-savvy version of VBulletin?

If VB3 supports UTF-8, then it's possible.
