how do i run ppc apps on pc?

i downloaded, ppc sdk kit, and 2003 emulation images, but i can't figure how to start it, there is no exe or anything, there are bin files

have you checked all the necessary requirements?

The Emulator Images require the SDK
The SDK requires Embedded Visual C++ 4.0 (and SP 2)

unless you are already running Visual Studio .NET 2003?
