How much do u take of the top of ur gfx chip before u stop lapping?
Do u hit copper before u hit silicon or is it just silicon?
I have a gf2 and was just wondering.
Also does it make a big difference in temp between unlapped and lapped?

You only need to lap until the surface is even. The difference in temp depends on how warped the gpu was to begin with.
