How do i convert encrypted songs??

Hey, i wanna convert songs on my pc to mp3 from wma, but getting an error message saying "The file 'C:\My Documents\My Music\spiderwebs.wma' is encrypted which dMC is not able to decode." any ideas??? Thanks! :p
