    YES actually, we all were so sure we would have it for xmas, people should talk about it when its served in front of them not making up stories to impress others like most of the people who start them.

    I will be happy when it arrives but whats the point in talking about the future if you get let down every single time!

    UTV has been available in Ireland on Satellite for three years to people who had the gumption and intelligence:cool: to obtain an FTV card. It is also available on cable.

    Just as a matter of interest (I'm a n00b so please don't slaughter me if this has been posted before or is really obvious) why isn't Channel 4 on Sky? I can understand UTV/ITV staying away but with E4/Film 4 on Sky and doing quite well why isn't ch4?

    According to what i hear and read its a rights issue. I do think it will happen in the new year but all we can do is wait and see. Its crazy itv is on sky 2 years now and us here in ireland are always left behind.

    Also because they are a monopoly in the provision of that channell in the Dublin and elsewhere area unless you have a sky ftv card or an aerial.
    Monopolies are never good for the consumer.
