I bought the Sony TRV33E from Pixmania and Pinnacle Studio 8 DV based on what I read here and on other sites+magazines.

I went to a local charity event and recorded a stars in your eyes which I've managed to record on to Disc.

I want to use a song on a clip but it appears I can only add a track if i have it on CD.
How do I add a mp3/wav/wma or other audio formats to a clip?.

Is there a folder in Pinnacle studio DV in which I can add my own samples and audio clips for later editing use?

Also apart from a few basic transitions I cant see a lot of scope for messing about with Pinnacle unless I fork out for a load of Extras.
