C64 - The Very First (Demo/Animation)?

    When I got my C64 Xmas 1985 there was a demo tape with it called 'The Very First' which was a christmas themed animation - played to the tune of 'frosty the snowman' (as far as I remember?).

    Anyway, for ages now (and especially now that its Xmas again) I've been trying to track down a t64/d64 image of this tape but as you can imagine googling 'the very first' + 'c64 etc' comes up with about 1,000,000 dead ends and as arnold doesn't seem to have it either I've pretty much run out of ideas.

    Has anyone come across this file on their travels or does anyone know where I can d/l this file?

    Hey Pigman, you could try posting the query at Lemon's boards. They really helped me on many a vague old vic20/c64 game...

    Thanks for that Hamster but I eventually managed to track it down myself.

    If anyones interested it's at ftp://arnold.c64.org/pub/games/dreams/dm025.zip and it's the file 'christmas boot' on the disk image.

    Interesting inself to see the end of the demo where it proudly quotes a price of just $595 for a brand new C64 .... the ideal Xmas gift for all the family. :)
