Problem with Quake 3 Helppppppppppp!

I recently purchased Quake 3 for my the new CD Format that they call it these days. I brought it home and I just cant get it working for s**t. I have tried changing the Cd, presing play etc. but to no avail.

Please can on of you nerds help.

The make of my machine is a Sharp 3Disk Multiplay.
