Middle line is "All Rights Reserved".
Last line is "Square Company Limited" (I think)

First line - your guess is as good as mine :)

Smartass :p You see japanese programmers can't all actually speak english properly, so maybe they put in squer by mistake, and btw it looks more like squer than square

The first line looks like a serial number.

After playing Final Fantasy Tactics and suffering some of the most diabolical spelling ever I wouldn't be surprised if it said Squer especially since the games were made around the same time. It looks like Squer to me.

    To me it looks like:

    Made in somewhere
    All rights Reserved 1995
    Squer Company Lmited.

Cant get the last bit of the first line, just looks like a blur :/
