Remove ejaculating as a goal. If you're having sex for the sake of having sex and not just to shoot your load, you can go as long as you want (more or less, there's only so much 'control' in the man )

weirdly enough,when i first started out i could go forhours, and sometimes had trouble coming at all.

very weird i know. i was 18 when i lost my virginity (late starter:() but it lasted about 4 hours, and i still didn't come. it got to the point where we were just to knackered to carry one,and fell asleep. :eek:

funny thing is over the years, the time it takes me has lessened which was a bit unexpected, and now half an hour is good going.

if it really bothers you, try the old 'something about mary' trick and sort yourself out before you go on a date/night out so you'll be less likely to come too early.

that and spend a decent amount of time pleasuring your partner before hand, as i don't think there's such a thing as too much foreplay (from a womans point of view anyway).

It depends who your with, and yes your how horny you are etc. It might help to relax a little, and not keep going at it continiously, take a few moments every now and again to take a breather, let yourself unwind a bit before starting up again.

I mainly just wanted to find out was I one of a small minority who cum in less than 5 minutes but since the "<5 minutes" option is the highest it has relaxed me a lot. I don't think I would last long in a relationship (I haven't so far) if i was one of the few who cum too quick so at least I found out I'm not alone.

are you aware of the fact that most women don't care how long it takes you to come, if you are knowledgeable on how to take care of them in other ways, and it certainly wouldn’t be the issue on the length of a relationship

well i cant speak for other guys but 5 minutes is a little quick alright, are you in a relationship at the moment, and if so has it been going on for long, maybe its just nerves and will sort itself out with time

Somethings I learned from past relationships:
-The aim of sex is not ejactulation or climax, it is mutal enjoyment.
(Don't feel bad about not being able to climax or your partner not being able to climax [This applies to both sexs])
-I'm may be shouted at for this: The Brain is the most important sex tool for a man to use during a sexual incounter, followed by his hands, mouth, tounge (sp) and finially the penis. Pentration is last and least important, it is far easier to bring a woman to climax through other means (In my experiance)

If you engage in foreplay, and ejaculate during it, big deal. So what, I did/do, I am as equally as turned on in foreplay. Women climax during foreplay all the time, its no big deal. Relax. Sex is meant to be fun, not stress.

just slow down, if you want it to last don't get into a frenzy of, erm, pumping(can i say that?). Its like you have a qouta of strokes till you can't hold on, if you slow down they take longer to accrue.
