play.com delivered by christmas?

I know it says to order by the 18th of December to get things by Christmas but is that just for the uk or is it for ireland as well? Buying presents from there am I don't want to say "it's in the post" on christmas morning. What delivery times have people experienced with play.com. Sorry if this has been answered before…

Generally would have it on the 5th working day. But with Christmas and all, im sure there could be delays and I dont belive Play will guarantee delivery before Christmas. Cutting it fine at this stage would be my opinion.
