IOL Anytime credit remaining

I've got IOL BB now (which is fine).

With my order form for that I told them to cancel IOL Anytime

Well, they did cancel it (I get an engaged tone when I dial 1893)

Thing is, Anytime was payed up until midnight Jan 31st.

I can't use up those remaining hours (get an engaged tone) nor would
I really want to (now that I have BB)

Will they refund January and perhaps the remaining hours in December?
Will they apply credit to BB account?
or should I just give in and do nothing?

this may sound like the obvious response... but why don't you ring them and find out?

Sent email after posting, with customer ID etc, making it easy for them, they might reply before friday, if not I'll phone like you say, but I hate phoning them, hold etc, if only they would reply to emails in 24h, on their hold spool they say that emails are given priority or similar

Did you get an engaged tone when you dialled 1893 247 365,
    confirming its termination?
