It's pretty much more of the same but with porn instead of heroin. I'm a bit fed up of Welsh but if you liked Trainspotting, you'll probably enjoy it.

Yeah, it's the same charachters, five or so years later. The book was OK, worth a read, though not as good as the Trainspotting book IMHO
