Great film. It was on Network 2 at 12 o'clock last night and it was based in Ballymun. It was about an 18 year old that gets out of the Joy and completely sums up skangers in Ballymun.

I would love to know where they get the actors for these kind of films becase these were actually skangers acting as skangers.

    Brilliant film.

Seen it a couple of times. Surprised its not better known than it is.

Along with Saltwater and a few others one of my favourite Irish films.

Its one of those films you either love or hate although if you don't like that kind of film I'd say you would be more into Sci-fi or something. I love Irish films, even films based in Ireland like the Medallion. There is not one Irish film I can think of that is not good.

Jazes it was ok, but it definitely wasn't brilliant or even close to it. The scumbag acting was pretty good, thought the horses acted well when they had to. McElhatton's character, the detective, was a bloody joke though,
"It's yer conscience here Neal."

What was that other film with the lad with the buck teeth in it when they all drove from Dublin up to Belfast and got half killed and shot by the para's. Was that Accelerator ? That was the dogs

Without doubt the biggest ****wit statement I have ever seen on boards.ie, and that is saying something.
