Quake / UT Lowly Setup

Like quake UT can be set up at really low gfx and all the rest ... is there a cfg some1 can post here that has absolutely the fastest and lowest settings of every possible variable in UT ? and eh q1, cheers

well for qw there aint too many options..
unless you using gl in which case someone else can fill ya in in more detail..
but heres the software ones:
(used on a 166 like so they wont all apply)
