Unable to load database error

Hi there, A person I know is trying to get the game to work to no avail. When he goes to run the game he gets the following error " cannot load database" despite reinstalling the problem is still there. Any Ideas?

No ideas myself, does his PC meet the min specs?
Best plan would be to go to the Technical Questions forum on the www.sigames.com community forums. I'm sure its cropped up before and they'll have the answer there.
