I like the one with the car. That's brilliant.

I think if you can spot the bloopers in the movie you aren't concentrating on the movie. And when the movie is off high calibre then that is just being a pedant. All pedants should be shot by the way. Anyway. I just think its really sad that there are people out there that spend hours watching movies to point out the mistakes.

DO you really think that Peter Jackson spent anytime doing that. Sure as shootin he didn't. Some NARD pointed out the mistakes on a site and then Jackson or someone close to him happened upon them and that was that.

Well maybe he did notice a few sure, then again its hihs movie and his reputation and plus he hires about 20 continuity people to minimise the mistakes. But me, well I was enjoying the movie to much to keep nit picking. Although I did notice the fat hobbits too.

    You Pedant.
    :D

In fairness the bloopers in this are pretty small compared to other movies, didnt star wars have a storm trooper walking into a wall while they were marching or something ?

The only blooper I noticed was the fact that the Fellowship leave no footprints in the snow during The Fellowship of the Ring.
Anyways who cares about some stupid bloopers. Jackson has crafted the three greatest films of all time, bar none. So next time you watch the films, concentrate on them instead of trying to find something wrong in the shot.

Not to be picky but the elves don't leave footprints in the snow because they are so light on their feet, everyone else does!

Legolas doesn't leave a print in the snow due to his light weight - it's explained on the DVD. It's why everyone else is wading through the snow whilst he stands on top of it.

Never noticed any of them, its funny how some of these 'bloopers' are deliberate (the sauron saruman thing, i think every1 else knew that it was intentional), the camera being nudged by aragorn, he knew about that one too but saw it as the best shot anyway. Hes takes the criticism very well, wp Jackson.

Only blooper I noticed was in TT when Merry and Pipen are in the middle of the Rohan Vs Urak-hai battle and a horse almost stomps Merry (I think), he waves his hands around and they are clearly untied yet a second later we see them cutting their bonds. Course it doesn't take anything away from the film; if it was perfect it wouldn't be so great.

i know that, but when the camera pulls away for an aerial shot you can see footprints that they are making as they walk but there are none whatsoever behind them. Anyways who gives a damb. Its a brilliant film and all I can say is Peter Jackson, I salute you for making the greatest film ever.
