    08/12/2003 New Bus Éireann Park & Ride services in Cork
    A new Park and Ride service commenced Saturday 29th November 2003 from the Black Ash, adjacent to the Kinsale Road Roundabout to the city centre at Lapps Quay. This service will operate every 10-minutes with a return bus fare of €5 for the motorist and up to three accompanying passengers, inclusive of parking charges.

    The Black Ash Service will operate from 9.00 am to 7.15pm Monday to Saturday and from 10.30am to 7.15pm on Sunday’s. (Sunday’s service December only)

    The long established and successful Park and Ride service from Victoria Cross which operates all year round on a Saturday will be extended to include Sundays for December. Once again buses will operate at a 10 minute frequency from Victoria Cross (adjacent to County Hall) to the city centre at Grand Parade. Return bus fare, again inclusive of parking changes is €3 per adult, €1.50 Child U16 and €5 for a family (2Adults and 3 Children) The Victoria Cross service will operate form 8.30am to 6.15pm on Saturday and from 10.30am to 6.15pm on Sundays.
