    Hi,
On some ftps, I cannot get a directory listing "list error".
I have tried using both zone alarm and norton internet security.

I am usin xp pro and iol broadband.

Someone mentioned something about forwarding ports, but I can't see how to do it. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks

I have - its a bit more than passive - I can connect other ftps tat are both passive and not passive.

It is as if the ftp is trying to connect back and is being prevented by my firewall software.
