BBC1 "scrambled"

My FTA BBC 1 & BBC 2 are appearing as "channel scrambled" a few times over the last week. It usually disappears when I turn off & on the receiver but why is it saying scrambled when the signal is free to receive ???

Go in the menu and do a total channel search and make sure the dish is good positioned
