Romanian Channels

Anyone know if you can receive Romanian channels via satelite in Ireland and what do you need to receive them...

A 1m, better 1,20m dish and a digital receiver. Works perfect here in Sligo with a 1,20m Triax and a Tevion (Aldi) fta box.

Hi,
I fell over a few Romanian channels in the clear on 16deg East. I use a 1m dish but Im in central europe, dunno how beam is in Ireland for this sat.

http://www.lyngsat.com/ew2.shtml I use a nokia dbox2(ex Premiere world box) but any decent non sky box "should" work.

Sorry, I thought you were after the rom. sports channel, that shows prem. league footie on Sirius 5°E. It's part of a 4chl. mini package.
For Romanian stations in general there is TVR Int. on HotBird 13°E 11.623v 27500 3/4 +radios, also Pro TV int. on 12207h 27500 3/4. With 70cm dish.
And of course the three channels on W2 16° with 90cm I would say.

Could you use one of those analogue boxes and dishes from Lidl?

To my knowledge there is no romanian channel on analogue. You can always check here

From what I gathered from a Romanian person, these channels (TVR Int and Pro TV) will be moving to Sirius 2/3, if they haven't done so already.
