how to catch PAS10

    hi

    i am from NAVAN county Meath and i have a skydigi box( contract finsihed 2 years ago-so the whole box is mine-though iam still on sky sports package as no other option) my question is i want to catch pas -10 setalite!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    is there any way to catch that on existing digibox and 60cm dish??
    or is there any solution/dish/lnb/box available to get that ...
    any help would be appreciated

    Here are the details provided by the TV channel setalite:---
    i feel these settings are from indiaas this is in INDIAN TV channel www.ndtv.com
    Satellite : PAS-10
    Polarization : Vertical
    Downlink Frequency : 3897.0 MHz
    Symbol Rate : 8.680 Msymb / sec
    12 V : ON (power for LNB)
    LNB Frequency : 5150 MHz (LO frequency written on LNB)
    LNB Model No. : NORSAT 5221 (preferably with gain more then 60 dB)
    FEC : 2/3
    Signal: MPEG-2, FTA

    Its on 68.5 East whereas your currently on 28.2 East(sky).

    This channel can't be received with a Sky Digibox as the s/w doesn't allow you to input Symbol Rates manually, the LNB won't be any use to you either.

    This is a C band feed and needs specialist equipment.

    its impossible to get that satellite in ireland as its below the horizon.the furthest east you can get in ireland is around 64east and to get that you need to have a completely unobstructed view of the horizon.
