I'm currently working on a first draft of the boards.ie threadview. This is about half-done, thanks to some crazy client stuff that got in the way. The main problems at the moment are with unstyled content... it looks naff beyond belief, and it's impossible to distinguish between signatures and post at the moment.

I'm going to try and create a style significantly different from Boards.ie's current one. In the manifesto there were two very similar styles. The third will showcase how radical the changes can be. The comp is at the url below.

One idea for a sub-project is a Boards to New Boards CGI gateway. This would extract the content from Boards and place it into it's own templates. Template::Extract is ****ing hilarious.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
