Ive ordered from them alot now and cannot fauld them .2 day free courier delivery.

i reacently ordered an Installation CD from them and it took ages to arrive so i rang them and they sent out a new one And i was told the next time i order from them i would get a discount....:D .

ive ordered a fair bit off them, only once the delivery took three days, but the curior rang me to say he was running late and said he would deliver it the next morning, which he did!

I've ordered once from them, and while I can't fault them directly, their package distributors leave a lot to be desired.

Creative Jukebox Car Kit, supposed to take 2 days, took over 3 weeks. Turns out the package got lost along the way somewhere. Took over a week and numerous phone calls to various offices to pin-point this problem, and in the end, all it took was a simple phone call to Creative who kindly re-sent the package free of charge (yet still used the same distributors, gah, and the box arrived in a semi-opened, damaged state).
