Apple's iTunes (for Mac or Windows) includes an internet radio feature with loads of stations listed, including religious stations and mucho 'electronica'. It's a very nifty piece of software.

If you have Winamp, then Shoutcast is the one. http://www.shoutcast.com/

Musicmatch has some great channels, all CD quality, all DJ free. I upgraded to the MX platinum services to get the 'artist on demand' service and think it is pure class. When you want to listen to U2, just put in U2 and it will keep playing U2 songs in CD quality until you turn it off.

last.fm streams through winamp, and it works OK for me
It's good because you can rate songs, and it gives you new ones based on your rating
