    Just heard this.. a little too late in my case as i just paid the freaking fine (thereby admiting liability)...


    Many people are challenging the speeding tickets they are getting and have a good chance of getting them dropped on the basis of a technicality...something to do with the prosecutions being made under the wrong Act...

    dont know the details but this has come from a solicitor via someone who just picked up a ticket...
