5.1 Decoder for Xbox

I'm looking to add a 5.1 system to my xbox. I believe I need a dolby pro logic II 5.1 decoder plus the speakers as the Xbox puts out 5.1 on an optical link. Can anyone suggest a nice middle to high end system that would work.

There are two routes you can take.

1) All in one package including decoder and speakers. ( And DVD player if you wish)

2) Separate A/V receiver and speaker package.

I would prefer the separate option as more often than not this will produce a better quality sound. You can also connect your TV, VCR, DVD and sky to a separate a/v receiver.

The advantage of the all in one package is that it is neater and suits most peoples living/tv rooms.
