Any thoughts as to what kind of database you want? Big/small? Running on NT or Unix? What programming languages do you know? What is your budget?

"Web databases" is kind of general - I've developed web databases on projects with budgets of between £4,000 and over a million quid in the past 6 months, so you can see what I mean
