    Point your favourite newsreader (i.e., anything but Outlook Express) at news.utvinternet.com and download the group list. I assume it's utv.support you're looking for. Do be aware that the actual support people don't hang around there as much as they used to, so it's mostly full of people complaining, and then complaining about not having their complaints replied to.
