    are running a monthly competion for best fish photo...
    "Christmas is coming a little early thanks to Conor from Procast Angling. Procast are sponsoring our first competition - open to all - for the best shore caught fish for the next three months.
    All you need to so is submit your picture and a quick spiel about when, where and how you caught it. A selection of Procast's soft body lures and leadheads will be sent to all the winning entries... and having looked at them myself, I can tell you this kit is excellent quality."

    Now that is a good incentive to get fishing
