    Hi Guys,

the company I am working for is currently looking for a Junior Technical Support Analyst. The position is based in Sandyford, and they are looking for someone to start asap.

They don`t expect huge amount of special knowledge, but a Graduate with some Unix and MS Knowledge would be helpful. Certifications are welcome but not required. Training will be provided. It is not really a callcenter...so don`t worry.

Pay is around 26K per year plus 10% Bonus (paid quarterly). In addition company provides VHI Plan D for you and your family, and pays 10 % of the Base Salary into a pension fund (this pension is in addition to 26K, and not taken out of it). Free drinks, and subsidiesd lunches are available as well.

Nice place to work. I am already there for over 2 years. The team is in the built-up and expected to grow quickly.

If you are intrested, send me your CV via PM. I am sure it would be a nice job for some of you. And I would get a nice referal Bonus... :D

Hey Peace, no part time will be considered.

Ando, the job is Level 1 Support. We don`t take any phone calls directly, although we communicate with Customer on the phone, if requested. Mostly it`s via Email.

The software we are dealing with ia a quite specialized Business Software. Nothing any of you will know of. :-) We are the first point, who tries to solve customers problem. This normally happens through seaching for a resolution in our Knowledge Database, or trying to recreate the problem on our systems (in easy cases). We try to get all the necessary files together, and if we can't solve the problem we involve Level 2 (which is not in Dublin) to assist us in the cases.

Training in some of our mainland offices will be provided. Our Products run mosty on Unix, WIndows or Mainframe. That`s the reason that Unix or MS Knowledge would be an advantage.
