Which format for Champo is better?

    Does anyone else think that the old Championship manager 3 format was better than the new one?....I had gotten very fond of it then they re-vamped it! I like the new one but it doesn't seem to have the same attitude about it, does anyone agree

    P.S. I'm Southend and signed Jason Sherlock on a free, he's a great player for the division

    i find it makes it more exciting. Knowing you have only 2 matches in which to get through instead of the old 6.
    I also find im not beating teams as easily now where before i could almost stick out a 2nd string squad and still win in the the 1st round.

    Yes, I agree. The new CM4 just feels too different. I never played CM4 really, but I'm just getting into CM03/04 now.

    CM01/02 is still my favourite CM ever, though.

    I reckon its pretty close now between CM 01/02 and CM03/04.
    After reading the proposed new patch details on sigames.com i reckon CM 03/04 will edge ahead once the 4.1.3 Patch is released..
