However I have noticed the following problem on the 1st three movie channels, occasionaly get complete loss of sound on these 3 channels only. this can only be fixed by removing power from box and…

Sometimes I get intermittent sound loss on the movie channels. It'll go for three to four seconds at a time throughout the movie...enough to make it unwatachable. FWIW it's happened three times since September, during From Hell, Count of Monte Cristo and (last night) Queen of the Dammed.

This is a known problem that Sky are supposedly working on. It only seems to happen on the Dolby Digital channels (301 - 303). There is a big thread on it over at digital spy but basically they don't know any more than that.
