Amnesty was given to Ireland before WW1 and WW2. My gandmother was born in 1896. She travelled to America roughly in the 1950s. She live there for 9 months. Would that have given her dual-citizenship or American citizenship due to the amnest given in that era?

Anyone have any idea?? Its very important coz if my grandmother received dual-citizenship from the amnest which was given to Ireland it would mean that I also have dual-citizenship. Any information would be great!
